IJTTL is the official journal of the Center for Excellence in Learning and Teaching at Stony Brook University, State University of New York.

Globalization has impacted numerous sectors in every nation, particularly in promoting the internationalization of higher education. Responding to the escalated internationalization of higher education, IJTTL seeks research- and practice-oriented manuscripts based on current theory and practice that could transform teaching learning in higher education worldwide.
