Abstract

The issue of bullying is not new, but as recent headlines suggest new social media bullying or cyber-bullying is making it worse. Nassau County BOCES arts in education website is a resource a where educators and artists can connect and work together. The Nassau County BOCES website lists over 42 different theatrical companies and artists who have specifically created programs to educate youth about cyber-bullying. I have taken these programs and classified them in order to help educators navigate the field and as a first step toward a study involving the effectiveness, or the impact on student behavior, these prevention through drama programs have. | 50 pages
