Abstract
When faced with impending tragedy, do we blindfold ourselves, or try to transcend the suffering. By singing unapologetic through uncoventional imagery and form, I probe particular societal injustices like that of a medical procedure cutting into the elusive skeletal bone. This full-length poetry manuscript, inspired by true accounts, examines the conditioned, seemingly infertile human psyche, and even further, stretches for a rewire within the hardwiring.
