After the fall of mankind, one soldier named David finds himself on a quest that will send him to the farthest reaches of the galaxy in order to rescue a fellow warrior who has been kidnapped. Along the way, he must outsmart diabolical criminals, face intergalactic beasts in combat as well as learn to trust new allies. His travels take him to a dystopian planet ruled by a cruel and wrathful monarch who appeases his subjects by providing gladiatorial events.
