Abstract

The thesis mainly focused on the synthesis of nanoparticles by using sonolysis. Different precursors and solvents were used during the sonolysis. We analyzed the kinetics of sonolysis process to find the difference between the sonolysis using different precursors and solvents. The surface morphology and particle size were determined using SEM, TEM, and XRD. The data were then compared and analyzed. | 41 pages
